Free deliveries are currently available if you spend 35 GBP or more in a single transaction and request a UK Royal Mail First Class Standard delivery, free delivery to Europe on orders over 45 GBP and free delivery to rest of the world on orders over 60 GBP. Otherwise check the following table for the delivery time and cost.
If your delivery address is different from your Credit/debt card address, send us an email : sales@healthandherbal.com with your order reference number which is in your order confirmation email and we will ship to that address for you. If your order is over 2kg, we will send you an email about the postage difference you got to pay us before we will dispatch the goods. Refund and Return Policy We will accept returned products which have not been used and are in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds may only be offered if the item purchased is unused, sealed and is in its original packaging. The postage will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned to us. Refunds are given on receipt of the product at our address. When returning goods for refund, please fill the following form first
